Case #2 – Presentation:
Country Managing Director, Thailand for a Testing & Certification MNC for their Thailand operations
Client: A European Group, global leader in Business Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification services.
Assignment: Our client was seeking an analytical, creative, dynamic and driven Leadership professional to join their Thailand Business to manage the operations and growth of the company in the country.
Result: The Talent Fishers team identified, evaluated and presented candidates that met the specific requirements of the role. With a timeframe of 2 weeks, the challenge lied in identifying those hard-to-find, strong candidates with backgrounds from industries different to that of our client’s but still have a good grasp of the internal challenges and grow the business upwards. Once the final selection was made by our client, our team played a key role during the challenging process of negotiation by managing the expectations of the candidate and supporting the client in devising an attractive compensation that would satisfy both the parties.
