Asia Pacific CEO for a US beverage group, based in Hong Kong
Client: An American group, world leader in fruit beverage production and distribution
Assignment: Our client was seeking a seasoned professional with a strategic vision to develop the distribution of their niche natural fruit beverage products all over Asia.
Result: The Talent Fishers team confidentially identified, evaluated and presented a very limited shortlist of extremely qualified candidates that met the specific requirements of the role. Within a time-frame of 10 days, the challenge lied in identifying those hard-to-reach, strong candidates with backgrounds from strictly similar of our client’s while branding the activities of our client, rather unknowm on the Asian region where its products were yet to market. The group CEO followed our advice and only met with the number #1 ranked candidate.
