Case #4 – Presentation:

India CEO for a French fashion group, based in Mumbai

Client: A French fashion retailer, with a global presence

Assignment: Our client was seeking an experienced professional, with expertise on the Indian retail markets, ideally in a Joint-Venture context, and a proven intercultural mindset with successfully experience with a foreign (ideally French) premium retailer. Speaking French was a strong plus as part of the requirements.

Result: Within a time-frame of three weeks, Talent Fishers introduced a long-list of qualified candidates (Indian nationals and foreigners with experience in India) based in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East and Europe, refined in a shortlist of 2 candidates based on further client internal discussions leading to fine tuning on the requirements. One of these two candidates was finalising a MBA, based in Paris, in the leading French business school.

Once the decision to offer this candidate was made by our client, our team played a key role during the challenging process of negotiation by objectively selling the opportunity to this candidate who was solicited by many organisations to join them either in Europe or India. The selected candidate accepted the offer proposed  based on a very ambition and challenging business plan for the India market, and has proved extremely successful and satisfied with his responsibilities.

Salary budget: Euros 150K < annual gross salary < Euros 200K

The annual compensation includes attractive Performance Bonuses in addition to the Basic Salary
