Job Location: Dongguan, China
Reporting Line: General Manager
Job description
- Manage the production supplies, steps and planning of two hand making workshops
- Deal with daily technical issues
- Be able to roughly operate and fix machines in the workshop
- Oversee the daily production ratio and quality management
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and administrative processes
- Reduce scrap rate and improve the one-time pass rate
- Be responsible for the proper training of direct labor employees for maximum efficiency and outstanding quality
- Meet budgeted expense targets and performance goals
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills with leadership
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Have a troubleshooter profile for daily technical issues
- Positive attitude, responsible and Independent
- Requires a high degree of ownership and personal commitment
- Experience in packaging industry is preferred
