Our client is a leading Cloud communication platform service provider. For this client, Talent Fishers is recruiting a Business Developer Manager/ Country Manager to accompany the growth of the company in Hong Kong.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager / Country Manager with Mobile Messaging/Emailing, Cloud Services, or Mobile Technology experience, hands on with international exposure in fast-moving environments, to be based in Hong Kong.



This role suits an independent hunter, with working contacts from local or regional Banks, Finance, Insurance, E-commerce, and Logistics business.



This role will be responsible for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling mobile messaging and cloud communication services to Enterprises and Application developers. This role is focused on new business acquisition (both local and overseas).



The candidate needs to demonstrate hands-on experience in building strong business relationships with mid-level and senior executive across marketing, customer service, customer experience and technical teams.



Main Responsibilities

- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business for the company to an agreed annual qualitative and quantitative targets, increasing year by year.



-Focused on winning the most relevant key players in vertical markets such as E-Commerce, Transport/Logistic, Digital Marketplaces, Bank and Insurances. And building great relationships with them.



-Manage existing agreements and set up new bilateral agreements with SMS aggregators and Telco Operators.



-Actively and successfully manage the entire sales process.



-Manage and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales administration is kept up to date.



-Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.



-Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.



-The candidate will have individual responsibility for new business, and is expected to self-manage; the candidate will have support from the managing and sales director for complex large pitches and strategies.



Desired Skills and Experience

-5+ years of sales experience in the Mobile or Internet industry with at least 3 years experience in a field-facing role. Previous experience in the mobile messaging or emailing industry is highly beneficial.



-Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take disciplinary action wherever appropriate.



-The perfect candidate is self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.



-Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong selling and sales aptitude.



-Excellent overview of the business to closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of the game.



-Customer driven focus and excellent people skills to establish a good rapport with customers.



-Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels.



-Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cope with pressure.



-A strong team player with excellent personal relationship skills .



-Independent with hands-on personality.



-High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.



-Maintain effective customer relations and provide customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

-Bachelors or Master's Degree from a leading institute.



-Written and verbal fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be required .
