For this client, Talent Fishers is searching for a China CEO.

 

The China CEO will determine the long-term strategic objectives of China and oversee all operations and business activities of China business unit to ensure the desired results are produced, consistent with the overall Group strategy and mission.

Managing multiple stakeholders across senior levels of government and other regulatory bodies to ensure business sustainability for the Group in China is a key deliverable for the role. Leading and motivating a high-performing managerial team. Build and model a high-performance company culture and establish the Group as an employer of choice. Provide inspired leadership to the executive team and establish a productive and working relationship with the broader Group to enable the growth agenda for China. Develop and execute the company strategy as well as the enabling organizational design and required human capital resources.

Job Description



  1. To initiate and manage strategic business development for optimal output.
  2. Identify, negotiate and conclude strategic new business opportunities in line with the Group’s business development strategy.
  3. Serve as interface between the NBD Division and internal / external customers.
  4. Interact on a strategic level with all international territories NBD and Marketing groups.
  5. Understand the market dynamics of each international territory to optimize business opportunities.
  6. Support the New Business Development Project Management system


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree combined with an MBA or master’s degree in a relevant
  • More than 15 years of experience, with 5 at an executive level
  • 10 - 15 years’ pharmaceutical (or Biomedical) commercial experience is essential
