  • You have 15+ years of progressive experience in managing growth teams of similar scope and responsibilities, proven record in strategic planning, and performance delivery, including creating, implementing, and measuring growth objectives
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
  • You are a strategic problem-solver who is an effective influencer with a high degree of business acumen
  • You have a proven record in growth strategies and go-to-market operations powered by technology.
  • You have ample experience working in digital platforms, online marketing tools, and web-based technologies
  • You know how digital channels work essential
  • You have hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • You are familiar with social media channels and their analytics
  • You are adaptable, versatile and focuses on up-to-date market trends and advancements in technology
  • You have a collaborative and consultative approach to working with many stakeholder groups
  • You are a self-starter with good prioritization skills requiring minimal direction
  • You have strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have excellent financial and analytical abilities

Global objectives of the role


  • To set critical and ambitious growth objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, while planning and executing upon
  • To scale up a team of over 20 professionals across B2B and B2C growth pillars including structured growth strategies to help our chapters achieve sustainable growth; strategic chapter launches to establish key market penetration;
  • To collaborate extensively with board members, committee leaders, and members, executive team, and other business units for organizational success.
  • To engage in strategy development at the global, regional, and local level 

 


Daily Responsibilities 


  • Collaborate closely with the Global Membership Committee (GMC) and develop strategies for growing the organization via membership and chapters across all ten regions
  • Engage frequently with the brand management team to build awareness and pipeline for membership growth via a centralized lead generation framework and system that can be implemented globally with regional and local nuances/customizations
  • Shape a structured and sustainable referral program to solidify organizational strength in word-of-mouth marketing by leveraging the 15,000 member network
  • Create targeted growth strategies for recruitment of women and Under 35 entrepreneurs
  • Pursue professional sales pilots in key regions and assess the viability of a wide-scale program
  • Spearhead strategies for growth operations:

  1. Drive the strategic and continuous improvement of new member processing to eliminate     friction therein providing a seamless prospect to member journey
  2. Provide best practices and tools for test drives/recruitment events and alternatives to suit    regional/local needs, and identify repeatable and scalable processes to provide centralized services

  • Closely monitor and enhance implementation of touchpoints and journeys of new members and implement strategies to encourage ongoing participation of new members throughout the community in their first two years to cement stickiness
  • Continue to define high-touch points for membership engagement across the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deep engagement with members to enhance stickiness, and to develop member advocates
  • Devise and articulate a strategy for strategic new market penetration, and growth in key markets with a multi-stakeholder approach including external partnerships; varied chapter business model like satellite forums, platinum chapters, etc. to suit local market dynamics
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on verticals and similar business models to watch for disruptors, and to disrupt
  • Innovate growth i.e. review membership structure and analyze tiered membership offering
  • Own and be accountable for growth metrics, support in-depth business reviews, and present results/findings to the executive team and the board
  • Create, manage and monitor growth dashboards, report on progress against goals and relevant metrics to relevant stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as assigned
