Job Description:
 

  • Based on formalized business requirements expressed by process owners, identify and implement appropriate solutions and build efficient system architecture. 
  • Build and consolidate the IT data architecture to allow business teams a proficient use of data. Closely cooperate with Data management team in order to build an efficient data environment for the company data. 
  • Bring strategic thinking on the ways IT can help to transform the company by exploring and proposing adequate and innovative IT and digital solutions. 
  • Lead IT strategic planning to make sure business goals are correctly prioritized by IT. 
  • Lead critical and key IT projects or initiatives 
  • Cooperate with Global Key Digital Platform (KDP) teams to accelerate KDP projects roll out in China and make sure PRCs KDP are not built-in isolation to the Group’s frames. 
  • Build strong cooperation relationships with Regional IT and Global IT teams to support the Group/Company missions and objectives, implement Group initiatives in China or inspire the Group with Chinese good practices. 
  • Be an active member of Regional and global teams. 
  • Prepare IT Opex and Capex budgets and monitor expenses within budget allocated. Alert and manage with regional teams when forecasting significant variations to budget. 
  • Manage and maintain the system stability to meet the service level standards. Engage team and vendors to achieve the same excellence level. 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT department and the whole organization to ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations. 
  • Develop a highly competent and committed IT team to become a trusted partner in value creation for the Company. Motivate team members to fulfill their job scope and develop new capabilities for team members’ career advancement 
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as IT director or similar management role
  • Solid knowledge of IT governance, IT solution delivery and change management
  • Strategic thinking, with strong business sense
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Adaptive to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ethics
  • Solid understanding of digital trends and digital innovation
