Our client is a European group producing an internationally-recognized portfolio of high-quality Premium spirits with a strong focus on Calvados. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for an Area Manager (Japan, South-East Asia & Pacific) to accompany the growth of the group in the region.
Scope:
- Fully cover all distribution channels within the perimeter
- Deploy sales policy and generate profitable growth

Reporting to: APAC Area Sales Manager
Job description
- Manage the spirits portfolio
- Develop numerical distribution, increase the number of point of sales
- Develop product offer for each POS
- Lead POS animation, event organization and targeted communication
- Open new sales and distribution channels
- Motivate the partners to achieve excellent sales results
- Build lasting business relationships across Asia Pacific
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' sales experience in the spirit industry
- Good knowledge of Asian markets, including a successful business development experience on the Japanese market
- Fluent English and Japanese
- Strong competitive intelligence
- Excellent client management skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Proactive, energetic, entrepreneurial and creative
- Capable of working in full autonomy
- Good training skills
