Our client is an international, fast developing, beverage distribution group specialized in premium and healthy juices. For this client, world leader on its segment, Talent Fishers is looking for an Asia-Pacific Regional Commercial Controller to ensure and coordinate the commercial financial efficiency of the group's activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job location: Hong Kong
Scope:
- Finance support coupled with challenger role to the Markets Sales Marketing and operational teams.
- Implement forecasting process and monitoring of sales .(potential management of Demand planning)
- Make business cases / financial analysis for investments efficiency (for eg trading terms management and value chain analysis) & propose recommendations
- Analyze performance of the Markets (eg by SKU ,mix impact, margins, performance vs budget or targets ...), and propose relevant KPIs to monitor performance.
- Controlling of Markets and region marketing expenses and more generally full P&L analysis
- Monthly reporting of actual and forecast performance with the support of the Shared service center.
- Hire and develop loca markets finance teams
Reporting to: APAC President and dotted line to the Group CFO
Profile Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years' of experience, preferably gained in FMCG;
- Master degree in Finance/Controlling;
- Strong commercial understanding and experience within commercial organizations;
- Ability and skills to challenge, influence and convince sales and marketing teams;
- Awareness to Asia pacific local statutory / legal requirements (contract review, tax).
- Prior exposure to regional scope.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Pro-active, self-motivated and drives processes;
- Self starter . Capacity to build from scratch.
- Some occasional travel might be required.
- Analytical outperformer
- Open, trustworthy personality able to deal with different people & departments;
- Energetic and a can do mentality.
- Prior exposure to SAP FI-CO and TM1 is a plus
- Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus .
