Our client is a European Group specialized in In-Store Customer Experience, with innovative digital solutions. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Business Development and Account Manager to accompany the growth of the company in Asia.

Job description

Business Development
• Prospect new customers among leading Consumer brands, both international and local
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential key customers by presenting and selling the company’s services and solutions
• Maintain a network of partners to generate indirect business opportunities
• Prepare presentations and proposals to potential customers

Account Manager
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers
• Develop new business opportunities and projects with existing clients
• Understand and analyze clients needs to propose suitable solutions
• Keep customer satisfaction as main priority
• Manage relationship with potential suppliers and partners
• Do market research to stay informed about market trends and competitors’ business activities
• Represent the company during relevant events or exhibitions
• Follow up with Sales Admin team to ensure an efficient sales process

Job Requirements

• Experience and/or strong interest for Digital, Technology, Retail
• Experience in Sales and business development
• Ability to understand clients’ issues and needs, and imagine solutions to address these using our range of solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilient, persistent, positive personality, and strong desire to succeed
• Experience in international companies or environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy, including strong Powerpoint skills
• Native Mandarin
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
