Our client is the Chinese subsidiary of large European Group founded in 1980, involving in the supply chain management, industrial agencies, manufacturing and distribution sectors.
In China, the Company, established in 1989, provides innovative solutions including advanced and customized equipment and materials, logistics facilities and after-service services. The Company has successful operations in aluminium casting equipment, waste incineration, laser technologies, and in agro food ingredients and wine processing equipments. For the wine division, which is expanding, the Company is searching a Key Account Manager.

Location: Shanghai Head Office
Report line: National Sales Director

Job description:
- Design and implement the commercial action plans in line with company’s target
- Develop new business opportunities and projects
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers
- Deal with customer’s complaint in a timely manner to meet their requirements
- Negotiate with clients on behalf of the company for all business issues
- Be responsible for collection of accounts receivable on demand
- Do market research about market trends and competitors’ business activities

Job Requirements
- University Degree in engineering or business
- Above 10 years working experience, with at least 3 years in sales into large accounts for industrial or agricultural equipments
- Previous knowledge on wine market would be an advantage
- Proven commercial skills, experienced in managing high value contracts
- Able to identify decision-makers and good convincing skills
- Patient, tactful, innovative, customer-oriented and solution provider
- Strong interpersonal relationships and team spirit
- Familiar with Western culture, preferable with European culture
- Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English
- Able to travel frequently across China
