Our client is a high-end Asian fashion and lifestyle label with direct owned and franchise stores in Taiwan and China. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager.

Job location: Shanghai
• Responsible for the success of the company and the management of the business day to day
• Provide leadership to position the Company as a highly profitable designer brand
• Assist in developing a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote profitability, revenue and growth as an organization.
• Develop brands portfolio as well as key partnerships (e.g. e-com platforms)
• Oversee brand business operations to ensure efficiency

Job description
• Be responsible for overall management of the Company
• Ensure day-to-day overall discipline and appropriate conduct of business
• Assist to develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives
• Promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization, focusing on Company’s brand business
• Contribute to the overall leadership and management
• Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality and timeliness of services as well as cost-effective management of resources, in particular for the Company’s digital services and e-commerce business
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company
• Identify new businesses either in current business models or otherwise
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
• Lead and develop strategic planning for direct sales, franchises, digital marketing and e-commerce business related operational procedures, policies, and standards
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives
• Revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
• Evaluate performance of team under responsibility for compliance with established policies and objectives of the Company and contributions in attaining objectives
• Train and develop the team under responsibility
• Ensure smooth cooperation and efficient coordination between all departments
• Maintain relationship with clients and business partners
• Develop a network of potential clients and partners for the company
• Promote the company through appropriate PR, participation in conferences
• Represent the company at formal functions, when required

Job Requirements
• 10 years of experience in brand, retail, sales and marketing management role with proven track record
• Experienced in international business
• Good understanding of China business and fashion retail
• Strong leadership and ability to articulate and provide clear directions; + comfortable taking the initiative and working on a semi-autonomous basis
• Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Good at problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
• High level of integrity and loyalty
• Mandarin & English fluency
