Our client is a European premium cosmetics group. Distributed in over 60 countries, our client is specialized in highly innovative skin care, anti-aging and medi-cosmetics solutions for professionals and consumers. Our client is implementing a joint venture with a Chinese company to facilitate their activities in China. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Director of Administration and Finance to accompany the project and manage finance in China and Hong-Kong.

Job description

• Financial Reporting and Analysis for monthly / yearly closing
• Financial Forecasting / budget
• Responsible for monthly routine report, such as Sales Growth Report Analysis, specific Cost Estimation
• Accounts receivable tracking and customer payment management (billing & invoicing)
• Cash monitoring : Bank payment processing, internal financial data updating, bank reconciliation & cash estimates
• Monthly accounting documents monitoring
• Employee expenses receipts verification
• Involved in all the financial international projects (Standardization, Localization)
• Help HQ to manage the daily accounting issue inside and outside of JV
• Financial Risk management and control system
• Statutory Accounts – compliance with local authority’s requirements (legal, tax and accounting issues)
• Statutory Accounts – compliance with all legal disclosures ( VAT, custom, taxes …)

• Collect and validate information to prepare of payroll (absences, overtime, etc...);
• Payroll control
• Health insurance management (registrations, cancellations, etc...);
• Follow-up of work accidents (statements, salary certificates, etc...);
• Absences follow-up
• Follow-up of the individual administrative files (certificates of wages, personal file, etc...)
• Draft employment contracts in collaboration with the HQ human resources department
• Follow-up of work contracts (endorsements, end of trial period, end of contract, changes, renewal) and anniversary dates;
• Payroll – compliance with local requirements

• Implement controlling procedures
• Manage informatics material in collaboration with IT department

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Strong multicultural mindset
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably in China or Asia Region
• Excellent legal and financial background
• Previous practice in auditing and consulting firm in China or Asia with multinational clients
• Previous experience in joint venture environment is a plus
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinker, strong business sense and result-driven
• Fluency both in Mandarin and English (reading Chinese is mandatory)
