Our client is a European company specialized in cosmetics. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Head of Marketing, to accompany the growth of the company in Asia.

Reporting to: Operation Director

Job description
• Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan
• Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget
• Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management colleagues in cross-function such as Medical, Finance, Sales and Marketing
• Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team
• Participate in or lead the regional projects to ensure successful launch of the brand
• Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed
• Report on marketing committee and strategy group activities to senior management colleagues
• Responsible for performance appraisal and providing training and development opportunity of marketing team
• Assist the international marketing team and COO in establishing pricing policies

Job Requirements
• 8 yrs+ industry experience and knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
• Experience in marketing field or product management in a multinational company for the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, retail industry
• Experience in cosmetics business for an international brand preferred
• People oriented and strong soft skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Coaching skill
• Ability to adapt to the fast growing environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English ( French is a plus)
• Strong communication still
• Experienced in digital marketing (planning, building and measuring campaign impact/ social media strategy/SEO-SEA strategy)
• Strategic thinker with confidence and strong planning skills
• Good sense of business and operations
