Our client is a manufacture food products and have their own line of restaurants. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Marketing Director to accompany the growth of the company in Asia.



Job location: Bangkok



Scope: The Marketing Director will be responsible for the overall branding, communication, and digital marketing strategy of the organization. As a member of our executive team, this person will develop new and existing digital marketing initiatives with an understanding of ROI and how to achieve sales and growth objectives.



Reporting to: CEO



Job description





- Elevate brand awareness and drive sales through digital properties

- Act as an ambassador for the brand and digital identity, ensuring consistent branding

- Develop brand and messaging strategy for corporate and guest communication

- Identify agency partners and vendors as needed

- Develop local marketing plans and identify opportunities to optimize success for restaurants

- Guide Field Marketing Specialist in supporting local initiatives, promotions and events

- Collaborate with team members to manage social content and profiles

- Continuously improve the brand's presence in a quantifiable manner, including measure and reporting performance of all digital marketing initiatives

- Partner with Graphic Designer on brand identity, new collateral and communication efforts (web, mail, social etc.)

- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communication/PR programs and its' activities

- Build relationships with key media influencers and partners

- Responsible for loyalty/rewards program and mobile applications

- Analysis of marketing database and metrics to determine best course of action in brand growth and return on investment

- Oversee SEO/SEM/web strategies

- Assist with any other duties, as needed



Job Requirements



- 5+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, brand development, with a focus on digital marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

- Previous leadership and management experience preferred

- Experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality industry preferred

- Experience in developing marketing plans, strategies, and measuring success and analytics

- Loyalty programs, PR, events experience a plus

- Proven project management skills with ability to manage outputs and timelines

- Multi-tasker with strong communication skills

- Ability to read and write in English
