Job location: Bangkok, Thailand
Scope: The right candidate will be responsible to discover and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal will be to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Report to: Head of Sales
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that sales objectives and targets are achieved.
• Maintained positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, tenants, and prospect tenants, and prospect tenants and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for sales of the assigned leasing spaces and specific retail property development projects.
• Assist executive with preparation of marketing and sales presentation materials.
• Bachleor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
• At least 2 years working expierences in sales&marketing
• Good personality and interpersonal skills, service mind and outgoing
• Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 600)
• Able to communicate in Thai is a plus
