Job description

Collect fashion trends and communicate with designer, merchandiser and pattern makers to finalize suitable styles for customers.

Build up China range and product selection by implementing the product vision and business plan in assigned product line.

Be responsible for the local business develop strategic plans and annual budgets, success achieved regional goals and objective.

Build and maintain effective working relationship with customers, internal teams, suppliers to produce perfect sales samples to get orders from customers.

Reviewing and validating the buy plans, ensuring they are within the financial budget, and address consumer needs.

Identify consumer, product, sales report, and channel gaps and make plans to fill gaps and achieve the growth of business.

Sourcing & Costing & Quality & shipment control.

Job Requirements

Experience in OEM in a trading company is preferred

Good technical understanding of textile and garments

Experience in business development and key account management

Strong production, sourcing, and logistics experience
Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred

Solid experience in dealing with suppliers in Asia Pacific especially China

Excellent negotiation skills
