Our client is a very prestigious French Wine organization. Established in Bordeaux area over 100 years ago, the group offers cellars of a million bottles, representing the most renown Chateaux and distributing their products through multiple channels and for all different high-end markets.

For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for an Asia Commercial Manager to ensure the continuation of the growth of the group in Asia.

Reports to: Export Director
Location: Hong Kong or any convenient location to travel in Asia

Job Description:
• Business development with existing customers
• Prospection of new customers – direct or indirect
• Increase market shares in Asia
• Take the lead on projects to increase market shares in profitable market areas
• Annually elaborate marketing strategy to be reviewed by the board
• Provide market date to the marketing team
• Cooperate with the marketing team to launch new products and update existing products
• Supervise the sales process until completion, including but not limited the sale’s agreement, delays, delivery and full payment.
• Contribute to the work efficiency of any future employee
• Provide regular and detailed information regarding the wine industry in Asia, keeping track of the trends and the competition
• Attend wine & spirits fairs in order to visit our clients and new potential clients
• Represent the Maison and some chateaux during wine-related events and wine fairs

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of track record & successful proven experience in the wine industry in Asia.
• Strong wine knowledge (Bordeaux region is a plus) and passion for wine & art de vivre
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity and ability to work in an autonomous environment
• Ability to travel (50% of the time)
• Bilingual English (Chinese is a plus)
