Our Client is a well-established French event agency with a strong presence in China. As a trusted partner and adviser, they provide design, organization and hosting services to prestigious clients in the luxury, fashion and beauty industry.
Job location: Shanghai
The Business Development Manager will be in charge of developing the business in China for the company’s whole range of services:
Establish and coordinate sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
Analyze potential markets, define and implement Business Development strategies.
Lead actively in Business Development.
Ensure quality and growth of the Business Unit.
Spend a significant portion of time in the field with individual accounts.
Expert in sales with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management within Events Industry in Chinese environment (experience abroad is a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales, leadership and negotiations skills.
Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to the clients.
Autonomous, aggressive and customer oriented.
Fluent in English.
French is a plus.
