Our client is a leading European corporation specialized in environmental industry.
For this client, Talent Fishers is now recruiting a HR Manager.

Scope: Responsible for all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment, termination and vacation, staff compensation & benefit, staff retention, training & development, employee relations and other related functions.
Reporting to: HR Director
Location: Shanghai, P.R. China

Job description

Responsible for recruitment activities from job ad posting to final employment process
Responsible for payroll and benefit administration work
Prepare all HR reports to Management in an accurate and professional manner
Work out department budget according to company target
Assist management team to set up KPI for department and for individual, and follow up on the evaluation process
Work out the training plan and follow up on the implementation of training programs.
Assist in work visa application for foreign employee
Maintain good employee relationship
File relative HR information for documentation
Supervise IT and Procurement

Job requirements

Bachelor or above: Major in HR management or equivalent
7-10 years‘ relevant experiences preferably in MNC environment
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Sound knowledge of PRC Labor Ordinance, employment-related rules, and manpower sourcing; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Proficiency in MS office application
Open mind, can-do attitude; Self-discipline; Self-motivated
