Our Client is a Global Logistics company, looking for Sales Manager based in Hanoi. (The vacancy is open for local Vietnamese)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to Branch Head of Sales, dotted line to Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers through individual prospecting actions
- Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio
- Promote the new commercial offers
- Answer to tenders in collaboration with the HFO/ Branch Manager and the procurement team
- Advise customers on the transport offers according to their needs and offer the most adapted solution

- Transmit to the operational services the relevant business records specifying the arrangements with customers and specific operational procedures
- Generate sales leads information to the group network oversea
- Transmit to the financial services the information required by the account opening procedures

- Customer Sales Support team organization
- Customer satisfaction evaluation (survey, customer complains)
- Customer relationship building with key clients and proper instruction to CS team

- Establish the annual budget exercise in consultation with HFO and Branch Manager
- Drafting commercial contracts according to the regulations, if necessary in cooperation with the Legal Service
- Estimate the risks / losses from litigation in conjunction with the Financial & Legal Services
- Collect debts under the legislation
- Follow with the management the profitability of customer accounts
- Monitor the creditworthiness of customers/ prospects in relation to financial services

- Establish the business actions plan
- In internal meetings, monthly meeting with HMO, HFO and Branch Manager. Participation to monthly management meeting
- Analyze individual performance with the hierarchy
- Maintain Sales KPI’s at branch level
- Ensure ISO compliance of Sales activities
- In charge of specific communication tasks (sponsoring, events…) and participate in business promotion operations


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
• University graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
• Good computer skills and analytics skills
• Well organized/ Team player
• Be able to work independently
• Fluent English
