For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Finance Manager, leading a team of 3, and also overseeing the Supply Chain function.
Reporting to: General Manager China & North Asia
Finance & Accounting:
Establish and manage monthly reporting and closing, monthly rolling forecasts, and yearly budgets
Formulate and enforce the regulations of proper financial management according to the group’s guidelines
Supervise the operations flow from the financial perspective
Assist and advise Top Management in making decisions related to finance
Supervise and review general accounting (internal control), made by Accountant and Cashier
Formulate and enforce regulations of clients’ account settlement
Manage internal control process and make the necessary recommendations for ongoing improvements
Manage annual audits
Act as a Business Partner to the Top Management
New business model/Customer performance simulation
Management of local/statutory and Tax reporting
Cash flow management including dealing with local banks and government agencies if need be
Manage the demand and supply to meet business objectives, develop the operating plans to balance Sales and Inventory
Coordinate with sales team and customers to negotiate delivery plans
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure OTD and balance Sales and Inventory
Manage and optimize enterprise S&OP process
Supplier management and contract negotiation
Manage the business link between company and 3rd Party Logistics providers. Manage 3PL budgets and continually explore ways to minimise 3PL costs to the company business, without impacting service standards to our customers.
