Enterprise Account Management

The importance of the account management function cannot be understated. This position is responsible for being the voice of partner restaurants. Ensuring that our client’s business is committed to their partners, and that their partners know it, is the core of the role. A successful account manager leads a team to ensure the company communicates with a singular voice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of account management experts
- Exceed monthly team KPIs and ensure accurate business reporting
- Work with restaurant operations teams to implement process changes that maximize productivity,
engagement and ultimately revenue
- Hands-on vendor management, training, coaching and development subordinates
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members as needed
- Manage a vendor budget
o Balance account management capacity with partner pipeline generated by sales activities
- Contribute to an evolving, high-performance team and corporate culture

Requirements:
- Five years of account management experience
o Experience leading and influencing sales, operations and account management subordinates
and peers
- Seven years experience in consulting, start-up, sales, account management or similar growth-oriented functions / organizations
- Demonstrable ability to train, develop, and motivate a tea
- Exposure to vendor operations and analytics necessary to deliver on commitments
- Proficient in Excel, other Office software and Salesforce.com
- Native Cantonese and Business level English
- Driven, curious, goal- / results-oriented
- An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and independent, able to self-manage
- Resilient, flexible, tough and adaptable
- Interested in constant improvement through process automation and elimination of non-core,
repetitive tasks
- Professional, ethical and honest, frank and direct communicator
