Our client is an industry expert in developing consumer centric go-to-market strategies and execution, from business set-up to daily offline & online management, for fashion and sports brands in China.
For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager.

Location: Shanghai, P.R. China

Main purpose of the job:
1. Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
2. Collaborate internally and externally to leverage the appropriate people and resources to offer suitable client solutions and generate new business
3. Ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables to clients
4. Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
5. Bring more business opportunities to the company
6. Support budgeting and activities related to company account/client management


Job Description

Client Management 
1. Planning, budgeting and activities related to company account/client management
2. Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
3. Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
4. Ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables to clients
5. Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
6. Bring more business opportunities to the company

Project Management
1. Analyse, plan, implement and evaluate Client projects 
2. Support and operate alongside the Strategic Planning team by collecting, analysing and delivering data in different types of formats
3. Brainstorm and discuss strategies with teammates, team and leaders to deliver the best solutions for the projects
4. Effectively utilize all analytical tools to be able to address strong and impactful business recommendations to the Client
5. Assist on the preparation of Clients presentations: meeting documents, results deliverables, project management documents, etc…
6. Carry out research on business and market trends and incorporate those results in recommendations to the Client
7. Assist Consulting Team and Project Leader in all aspects of the project
8. Capitalize on project aspects, to improve future deliveries and Clients’ projects
9. Nice-to-have: network with clients to build relations and sustain them for repeat assignments

E-Commerce
1. Maintain sufficient working knowledge of company’s E-Commerce client list and operations so as to respond to client requests for information in a timely manner and support proposals for new clients.
2. Keep up-to-date on new platforms and opportunities within China’s E-Commerce ecosystem in order to share these insights internally and externally with existing and potential new clients
3. Represent the “client voice” and needs to the E-Commerce team to ensure seamless strategy development and execution
4. Assist in market research and presentation drafting for “new client pitch decks”

Operation Support
1. Assist in analysis of appropriate business model for brand clients
2. Assist in market research and presentation drafting for potential brand clients as needed and when called upon to do so.
3. Assist in pitch formulation for brands and distributors


Job Requirements

1. Strong business sense
2. Service oriented and excellent client’ face-off
3. Excellent Mandarin and English Language capabilities (other languages are a plus, but not required).
4. Think creatively
5. Excellent presentation skills, and strong capabilities on Microsoft Office
6. Committed and reliable
7. Desire to make the company grow
8. Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
