Job description

•Develop and maintain customer relationship by delivering first class customer experience.
•Manager customer reception and service advisor team including monitoring, performance, appraisal.
•Assist the workshop manager on daily workforce planning and optimization.
•Control debt and manage good level of VOR (Voice of Regulator), WIP (work in Progress) and Lead time.
•Ensure up to date maintenance of the customer database and accurate repair order documentation at each stage of the service process.
•Provide customer with adequate solutions to maintain customer loyalty.
•Ensure an excellent customer experience and being knowledgeable about company’s car point of sale and service advisor selling skills.

Job Requirements

•Thai National with Good English communication skill.
•Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Automotive or any related fields.
•Proven experience dealing with customers.
•Possess at least 3 years’ experience in customer service and Automotive industry.
