Talent Fishers India is retained exclusively to hire Customer Service  Executive for one of its leading client operating in E-Learning Industry.


Client Introduction:

Client is an US Headquartered corporate and has expanded in India to cater to Indian Market in E-Learning Sector. They have created a multi-sensory learning system that builds early literacy skills in children. It is specially designed for kids. 

Job Description:

 Candidates having excellent communication skills and willing to gain experience of international BPO by answering Incoming / Inbound Calls and Live Chat queries of our new and existing customers 

Who can Apply? (Ideal Candidates)
1. Anyone who has ever worked in any US/UK/India process inbound or outbound in any international BPO / KPO.
2. Or, If you are a Graduate and have excellent communication skill, verbal and written.
3. Or, If you have prior experience of website sales, software sales, IT sales, Business Development in US market.

Job Responsibilities
  •  Answering Inbound / Incoming Calls and Chats and pitch to prospects to convert into sales.
  •  Manage client communications through email or phone.
  •  Following up potential prospects through regular emails, outbound calls.
  •  Coordinating with in-house core development/software team / department for on time delivery of projects and monitoring project timeline from time to time.
  •  Build long term relationship with the client for future projects.
Other Requirements / Key Skills
  •  Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  •  A Good Listener - having patience to listen to the problem/requirement to pitch the right solution to the prospect.
  •  Very basic understanding of internet, like what are domain names, hosting, servers etc. rest training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of any CRM, Chat tools and technical interface is a plus point.
  • Ability to learn new tool as and when required.
  • Team player with ability to learn new things
