Our Client is a Global Logistics company, looking for French Business Development Manager based in HCMC, Vietnam.
Report to Country Sales Director
• Identify existing traffic import/export flows between country pairs
• Develop its own commercial actions related to import/export sales on the trade
• Coach and support commercial parties on trade and build joint motivation towards growth.
• Set strategy and action plan to grow market share in conjunction with national sales teams and the company’s network
• Grow portfolio validated by Country Sales Director
• Secure customer contracts and have them validated by legal department.
• Inquire commercial reporting software = CRM usage
• Ensure competitive monitoring on the Route based on knowledge on capacity, competitors, main exporter/importer, …
• Disseminate information to company’s network directly or through customer network
• Establish and update product sheets per countries
• Analyze monthly performances on the Trade
• Propose a development strategy to Country Sales Director
• Set objectives in conjunction with Country Sales Director
• Vietnamese native
• 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
• University graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
• Good computer and analytics skills
• Well organized/ Team player
• Fluent English, communication in French is a plus
