India & South Asia Managing Director

Reporting to: CEO (HQ in Paris)
Team size: to build - minimum of 30 by the end of 2019
As Managing Director, your role will be to support the penetration of the market in India and South Asia.
In coordination with the CEO, the Technology, Sales and Marketing executives at the headquarter, you will hire, train and manage the initial Sales and Operations teams to provide solutions at group's excellence standards in India and South Asia region as well as actively prospecting local leading services organizations to convert them into local clients.
It is a market entry role for one of the world fastest growing B2B technology services providers.
You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, efficiently communicate with HQ VPs, hire high potential able to grow at the same pace as the organization, actively design the development strategy and proactively ensure the business grows as planned!

A successful experience in a highly structuring environment (management consulting, world leading organization, ...)
An entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience in a fast growing ecosystem
Experience in managing P&L in technology or services environment
A minimum of 5 years of international teams management experience
Successful development experience in India (minimum 2 years).
Native level in French
Fluent in English
Hands-on and proactive
