Chief Representative 

Job description
Reporting to: Managing Director oversea

•    This role is responsible for the management and development of net revenue sales and sales teams within Vietnam 

Build, Deliver and Manage Vietnam $NR Results
•    Build $NR targets at KAM level and market level
•    Use customer data and market trend analysis to develop targets, identify opportunities and track the brand’s market share performance
•    Actively drive sales, new business and new customer acquisition; build consistent Vietnam pipeline of $NR growth
•    Create build-blocks to deliver $NR targets, track actuals and projections
•    Conduct major customers’ reviews and identify outages, opportunities and next steps to deliver growth for all stake holders
•    Expand the market share via portfolio selling and increasing depth of distribution 
•    Manage month/mid-month estimates with regional and global teams and general sales management reporting 
•    Track team and own results; provide real time feedback and suggested interventions

Sales process management
•    Build industry level and customer networks to expand new business and generate ongoing $NR pipeline
•    Lead monthly new business review process and operating models for KAM’s to manage their pipeline of opportunities
•    Develop and maintain strong and actionable work plans, KPI’s and expectations for all KAM’s
•    Build and maintain a market level opportunity pipeline and deliver above industry standard conversation rate
•    Set up high quality account development plans and consistently review and update/upgrade them to exceed customer expectations
•    Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (Trade Marketing, Finance, Fulfillment and Customer Service)

Lead Team and Develop Key Account Managers
•    Externally focused, influence the team to specialize in developing customer specific solutions 
•    Develop and train team on best-in-class sales behaviors and learning’s, (perfect customer call, customer communication process, how to develop and maximize existing business, etc)
•    Help team identify, contact and influence new business opportunities 
•    Coach and advice team on commercial challenges
•    Lead major customer meetings (with KAM) and Quarterly Business Review with MD and regional VP

Build the expertise
•    Business and Brand mastery (across portfolio of brands, service, product superiority and point of difference vs. competition) 
•    In depth industry knowledge and trend insights via engagement with relevant industry and customer sources
•    Develop and coach Vietnam team on sales tools and how to use with external customers
•    Build and maintain high quality customer data (CRM)

Value added selling
•    Develop sales team capability to sell the portfolio based on brand Point-of-Difference (multi-level sales approach; full portfolio of options, global strengths and branding, quality and product superiority vs. competition)
•    Develop tailored customer approach using the brand strengths (marketing, service and product) in order to create winning solutions for all stake holders
•    Support Key Account Managers to solve deal level problems with innovative approaches

Operations Management
•    Optimize and manage correct price policies for Vietnam (e.g. discount policies)
•    Ensures Vietnam budgeting and profitability targets are met (including payment collection; accounts receivable and inventory control; plus general goods receipt and customer delivery).
•    Controls costs and budget activities, (e.g. overall responsibility for payment conditions, bonus and discount agreements with customers) 

Job Requirements    
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Business/Economics or similar field
•    At least 8 – 10 years of experiences in B2B/B2C environment; prior sales team management, experience with major blue-chip brand/company (FMCG/ major B2B company)
•    Structured, Organized and hands-on attitude 
•    Excellent  negotiation skills, good listener and provides helpful feedback
•    Entrepreneurial and autonomous 
•    Local Language & Fluent English
•    Excellent verbal and communication skill
