The Group develops and constantly updates a platform enabling to remove barriers of international trade.
The group is growing very fast, with a unique product on a booming market, serving customers from 8 locations in EU, US and Asia (over 200 staff altogether).
For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Shenzhen, to accompany the growth of the business in China.
Reporting to: China GM (based in Shenzhen)
• Sell total solution to our total addressable market through a consultative selling methodology
• Follow up potential opportunities and build up strong business relationship with decision makers at customers end
• Dig out customers operational structure and build up cross-functional communication team between customers and internal teams
• Visit customers and organize project meeting properly
• Conduct consultative discovery process to deeply understand customers' pain points based on different business scenarios
• Develop tailored solutions for customers, which cover each perspective of their business process pain points
• Present solutions and value pitch to customers
• Negotiate with customers on price, product fits as well as technology terms
• Achieve sales target within proper deals sign circle
• Responsible for competitors’ intelligence
• 5 - 8 years of working experience
• Familiar with business process of cross border trade sellers
• Rich in CBT (Cross Border Trading) customer resources and strong in industry networking
• 5 years of sales experience in SaaS, ERP software, international logistic, distribution or payment industry
• Solution selling skillset
• Familiar with the consultative selling process
• Capable of engaging with C-Level contacts and sophisticated in business negotiation
• Quick learner in product knowledge and technology
