Senior Sales Manager

Major Responsibility
• Build effective relationship with clients/agent to develop sustainable relationship and to identify potential business development and/or cross-referral opportunities
• Deliver the firm and enhance brand appeal with superb services
• Proactively support others beyond activities particular to this role
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and other cross function as appropriate to serve customer needs
• Maintain sufficient knowledge of relevant products and service available from the project
• Training and motivating agents’ Sales staff to sell our products over competitor products as well as new business hunting in Key Account Segment
• To do key account production updates on a monthly basis
• Adhere to sales quality requirements and Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years B2B sales experience in relevant industry, prefer experience in relationship manager role in banks or finance company
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English both written and verbal
• Only high energy, self?motivated, organized and ethical sales professionals need apply
• Results oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on closing business and will be working as member of sales team reporting to your sales manager
• Preferably consultative style selling approach
• Be energetic, focused with a passion to succeed
• Experienced with Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint/CRM
• Have been studied or lived oversees (Preferably in Ireland) will be a big plus
