HR, Admin & EHS Manager

Our client is a European SME and a worldwide leader on its B2B market (around 1,000 employees globally).

For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for an HR, Admin & EHS Manager to oversee the Human Resources, Administration and EHS activities at their factory in Yuyao.

Reporting line: China GM 
Management: HR and Admin teams
Location: Yuyao, Zhejiang Province

Job Description

Human Resources

  • Along with the management, define the company need in term of recruitment & profiles needed.  Lead the recruitment, integration and training processes
  • Manage external HR firms if need be
  • Validate the office and production staff working time, prepare other documents needed to establish the company's payroll
  • Take care of the labor contracts & documentation, update employees files
  • Make sure our HR certificates are up to date (e.g. Comprehensive labor system)
  • Take care of the Company Handbook and Code of Conduct
  • Put it place HR Risk management procedures
  • Take care of the medical checks of the staff
  • Conduct employees surveys to ensure adequate employees relationship
  • Advise management on compensation and benefit
  • Monitor HR cost vs budget, OT….
  • Handle the foreign employees visas and working permits
  • Provide individual counseling to employee on HR issues
  • Provide coaching on team member's skill development
Administration & Communication
  • Make sure the administrative tasks are properly handled: travelling and companies activities, mailing, stationaries, physical reception….
  • Manage door system authorities
  • Organize employees’ activities: annual dinner, team building…
  • Oversee employee canteen and shuttle bus
  • Manage internal employees communication
  • Manage canteen, drivers
Environment, Health & Safety
  • Ensure the company complies with the EHS regulation
  • Lead the EHS group
•    Stay up-to-date on regulations (labor law, EHS..) and HR market trends
•    Make sure that the company complies to all related labor and EHS regulation
•    Keep company confidentiality (employees’ information…)
•    Other tasks and/or responsibilities assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor or above with major in Administration or Human Resources
•    At least 10 years of experience in HR function in a foreign company (ideally from a Manufacturing company)
•    Fluent English communication skills (being able to report to a foreigner on daily basis – business level)
•    Disciplined & well structured, good social contact, professional attitude, discreet, keep company confidentiality, dynamic, proactive, system oriented, SME mindset
•    Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Understanding of ERP systems
