Sales Manager (Energy Capital Business)

Job description
Reporting to SEA Director and matrix to VP APAC
This position will lead, direct and develop the whole energy business unit activities in Vietnam
? Driving sales expansion, ensuring new product introductions, services development, and active relationship management towards existing and potential customers
? Negotiating terms of sales.
? Establishing and monitoring areas targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development
? Selecting and managing relationships with agencies to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
? Formulating a sales, service and marketing strategy for the assigned area, developing guidelines and policies in line with the company strategy.

Job Requirements
? Relevant University Bachelor’s Degree or higher
? Typical minimum relevant experience required for this job 7-10 years in Energy engineering business
? Experience in sales and delivery projects in energy capital business in boilers and power generators is a preference
? Documented capital sales experience
? Good written and spoken English. Vietnamese Native Speaking
? Ability to travel
? Good communication, influencing and negotiations skills and ability for creating long-term relationships with the customer
