For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Marketing Director, Greater China to be based in Shanghai, P.R. China.

The main job of this role would be to: 
1)    Develop a comprehensive GC marketing strategy based on business strategy, and to formulate and execute marketing plan, campaigns, activities and be responsible all marketing related activities of brand, include but not limited to PR (incl. KOL), advertising, sponsorship, events and trade marketing, digital/social media and CRM,
2)    Consolidate and control marketing budget.

Job Description
In charge of GC marketing strategy and oversee the whole marketing team to execute all marketing activities in harmony coordination with sales team to further develop business in the following areas:

1/ Trade Marketing
-    To develop, implement and manage:
?    Trade promotional plans ; windows, products launching, mailings, animations (for retailers)
?    Training and training tools
?    Merchandising guidelines in all POS
?    All relevant information to be provided to retailers and sales staff
-    To prepare monthly / quarterly newsletters to better communicate with retailers;
-    To forecast / order from HQ / and manage Marketing and Merchandising POS material;
-    To provide sales team with relevant information in terms of promotions, product plans, marketing plan, sell-out analysis, and assortment recommendations etc;
-    To ensure successful new product launches and strong existing lines development.
-    To initiate, among others, creative and innovative actions (events, co-events, CRM, games, exhibition, contests, etc…)

2/ Boutiques Management
-    To provide the Boutiques network all necessary tools to perform their job:
?    Training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogues
-    To propose and implement yearly window animation plans;
-    To propose and implement yearly Boutique animations/ events;
-    To be responsible for the lay-out, merchandising and presentation of each Boutique
-    To be responsible for Sales people indirect management and performance in Boutiques

3/ Media/PR
-    In charge of defining and handling optimized media plan, in line with defined strategy to:
?    Maximize brand awareness in China
?    Get best value for money
-    To work closely with Media Agency;
-    To develop and to maintain strong relationships with KOLs;
-    To define PR yearly action plan to ‘feed’ the press with relevant and interesting information all year long. Then follow up with team to have it implemented
-    To organize and follow up with PR events

4/ Digital & CRM
-    Formulate and execute brand digital marketing plan, CRM strategy and campaigns:
?    Be capable to devise online and familiar with digital and CRM landscape, and work out innovative digital and CRM strategies
?    Responsible for leading and implementing all online marketing and promotional campaigns
?    Lead and be responsible for initiating ad hoc digital marketing and CRM events thru digital/social platform to the end customers
?    Be responsible for taking Corporate Digital Marketing projects and propose new initiatives

5/ Team Management
-    Manage with strong leadership skill and to develop marketing team members

6/ Reporting
-    To provide monthly reports:
?    Brand monthly report
?    Competition analysis: prices, distribution, new products, special events/ animations
-    To prepare Weekly /Monthly meeting with management
-    To build, manage and follow up Marketing/Media budget

7/ Others
-    Work closely with HQ team to provide an efficient work and to use the resources of Brand HQ team
-    Build, follow up and review Marketing / Media budget, according to defined strategies
-    Work on sales force and is in charge of give training to new comers
-    Work closely with Sales team to provide clear strategy and build on good relationship with retailers

Job Requirements
?    Bachelor or above degree in related majors
?    10+ years of working experiences in marketing with profound knowledge in digital marketing within FMCG, luxury goods, retail industry
?    Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
?    Excellent communication skills with strong leadership
?    Strategic agility with good management skills
?    Highly organized, excellent interpersonal skills, being proactive and energetic
?    Self – motivated, aggressive with positive thinking, creative and effective mindset
