Our client is an international industrial food group with a worldwide presence and strong global market reputation.
For our client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - West China.

The role will be responsible for managing the sales team in West region and helping develop business & improving market share in West market.

Job location: Chengdu, Sichuan Province
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director

Job Description
-Plan and execute sales mapping according to company sales policy and strategy to develop business in all relevant channels to achieve targets.
-Drive and liaise regional business with direct client and lead sales projects.
-Assist marketing colleagues in organizing and executing events and activities to help build brand awareness.
-Liaise and co-ordinate with industrial departments under support of Regional Sales Director to support sales team and client as well as reseller to meet business requirements.
-From time to time assist and complete other tasks not listed within this job description that is assigned by the company and superiors, as well as helping other departments’ colleagues in their works when the need arises.
-Lead team with leadership influence, work with Senior Director and HR to develop talents to keep health internal talent hierarchy.

Job Requirements
-With minimum 7 years work experiences in Food & Beverage industries or related fields, has experiences on developing new accounts in respective channels.  Targeting customers in hotel, restaurant, bakery, coffee and beverage chains or other relevant sectors.
-Has customer resources, good business sense, and strong communication skills and could perform under pressure or uncertainties.
-Good team management skills.
-Be honest, confident, hardworking, responsible, and with proactive working attitude, and hope to get long – term career development with the company.
-Fluent in Chinese, Bachelor’s degree or above is needed as well as good command of English is preferred.
-Skills of office software, word, excel, PPT.
-Able to travel frequently.
