Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – PURPOSE
In accordance with the Group and the company strategy, the National Sales Manager:
- Analyses the local market, detects growth opportunities for the company and shares his knowledge with the other departments; makes suggestions
- Develops sales activities on assigned area (ensures clients’ loyalty and develops current portfolio)
- Implements and deploys the policy, action plans defined to achieve the objectives.
- Ensures the company promotion know-how and expertise
- Implements an effective sales and development management,
In order to grow the existing turnover and ensure profitability of the subsidiary.

Autonomy
- Manages sales on assigned area and takes appropriate decisions within the framework of its responsibilities and in compliance with company rules
- Comply with procedures, operating budget of the subsidiary

- Selects, develops and monitors appropriate business indicators. Establishes and manages balanced scorecards
- Provides monthly reports of sales activities to the Subsidiary Managing Director
- Supervise the travel and entertainment fees.
Supervision
- Ensures quantitative and qualitative targets achievement of the sales team
Complies with and ensures compliance with Quality, Safety, Environment instructions and guidelines
Sales development and implementation
Under the supervision of the Subsidiary Managing Director and in accordance with the Group strategy, the national Sales Manager:
Develops the subsidiary strategy: provides and implements action plans.
Analyses market strengths and weaknesses and provide quantitative and suggests strategic orientations, within the subsidiary strategy and resources.
Contributes to the establishment of prospective actions and sales plans (turnover, profit and profitability)
Develops knowledge of the local market and evaluates its development potential through lobbying. Shares his knowledge with the other departments in order to contribute to product development within the Group strategy
Carry out macro-economic analysis in order to identify key players and market dynamics
Uses collected data to establish a middle term business plan (3 years)
Implements Group marketing operations on the local market
Defines a map of the distribution network
Plans and develops sales strategies and defines sales targets
Monitors sales activities
Optimizes human resources to increase efficiency and productivity
Management
Ensures that corporate culture, vision, and strategy are shared with local teams through an appropriate communication plan
Defines actions plans and commitments
Implements and maintains an optimum organizational structure that accomplishes the actions plans within the BU strategy
Establishes short and long-range organizational goals and identifies required resources and skills
Ensures that local staff members meet skills and abilities requirements (job profile fits incumbents)
Defines duties and responsibilities of co-workers
Supervises his team: carries out annual appraisals, identifies and ensures implementation of training requirements and recruit new staff members
Communication
Listens to and takes into account the expectations, needs, suggestions of his team and customers
Is aware of the team’s expectations; Is success oriented
Fosters good interpersonal working relationships
Participates actively in the internal communication of the company
Communicates on results and sales targets of the subsidiary

Job and Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree above, major in HAVC or Sales is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC Industry with 1-2 of managerial experience
Abilities, knowledge and skills
- Ability to network within the HVAC Industry
- Able to understand the long term aspect of the position.
- Good knowledge of the retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiar with domestic HAVC industry and project bid process
- Familiar with management over business dealers and sales channels
