Our client is a large multinational corporation/group with leading position on the market for their different kinds of snack products.
For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for an Assistant Manager of Hong Kong Import Business.

It's a new set-up for the corporation in Hong Kong, and the role will be responsible for importing food/snack products from Mainland China/Korea/other countries into Hong Kong and being responsible for the whole process.

Job location:    Wanchai, Hong Kong
Reporting to:    Manager of Hong Kong Import Business

Job Description
?    Place orders based on business plans;
?    Trace/track shipments;
?    Follow up on customs and international logistics;
?    Be in charge of settlement and reconciliation with suppliers;
?    Handle relevant fees;
?    Confirm logistics deliveries and handle abnormal conditions of goods;
?    Assistant Manager is required to assist the Manager from Korea in managing the office and other employees.


Job Requirements
?    Bachelor degree and above, majored in international trading, logistics, etc.;
?    8 to 10 years of relevant working experiences;
?    Knowledge of Hong Kong import and export procedures, international orders, settlement, customs clearance and shipment and laws and regulations related to the above business;
?    Experience in import and export of food products is preferred;
?    Proficient in English communications (both oral and written);
?    Hong Kong resident is required.
