Our client is an international company providing oncologists with first-in-class Immunebased diagnostic products and services to guide cancer care and contribute to precision medicine in immuno-oncology and combination therapies.
We are looking for a Clinical Science Business Manager on behalf of this client.

Job location:     Beijing / Major metropolis of China
Reporting to:     Director of International diagnostic business unit


Job Description

In collaboration with the local distributor, identify and engage national key opinion leaders
Help Identify and develop future collaborations with leading centers in China
Create and maintain long lasting relationship with key academic and community physicians
Work in phase with management team in building strategies to meet yearly commercial targets and goals
Develop a strategic plan to support the commercial effort of the company’s partner in China
Assist management team and local distributor in identifying new leads, customers, on-site visits, and other customer related events
Actively participate in advisory boards, symposiums, national and international conferences and educational programs of interest
Provide scientific and clinical presentations upon request and in compliance with all the national guidelines and regulatory requirements
Review and assist in development of marketing and educational materials for oncology healthcare providers and patients
Travel to customer visits, meetings, conferences, and symposiums in China
Annual requirement to travel to the company’s headquarters for trainings and alignment meeting
Collaboration with colleagues from different functional areas such as regulatory, clinical affairs, market access
Communicate with key academic and community physicians
Coordinate the collection and reporting of medical insights and intelligence from the field to define and support the company’s strategy in China
Collaboration with the company’s local distributor
Serve as a Immunoscore resource of excellence for local sales & marketing teams and customers


Job Requirements    

Active listener and adept of confidently stating the expert opinion while respecting others
Effective communicator and presenter of scientific data
Organized and capable of planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple responsibilities and projects
Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft tools, On-line communication tools)
Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field of oncology preferred or other relevant life science degree with hematology/oncology healthcare specialization required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check
Knowledge of written and spoken fluent English
Previous diagnostic / pharmaceutical industry experience
Clear understanding of Oncology medical practice, clinical decision making, and national healthcare system related to patient care
Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate this to meet educational needs and specific company commercial goals
Understand the design and execution of studies
Understanding of local regulations and medical codes of practice in diagnostic industry
Experience in working in cross-functional teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects
Business and team leadership experience is a plus
