For this project, Talent Fishers is looking for a Business Development Manager, quickly evolving as branch General Manager.
The Business Development Manager’s role will be to:
• Analyze the market and directly contact targeting contacts to propose our services
• Coordinate with European and other Asian offices to qualify international leads
• Participate in the execution of assignments, in coordination with our research and sourcing team
The Business development manager will report to the Asia Executive Director (based in Shanghai, China) and quickly evolve in a branch General Manager role.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in India for foreign candidates
OR a minimum of 2 years working experience abroad for Indian candidates
• A minimum of 2 years experience in B2B services, ideally in HR and recruitment
• A significant Business development and/or Sales experience, in India or Asia
• Good understanding of the Indian business culture
• Experience in management
• Languages: Fluent English speaker
