The Talent Fishers Group is currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager & Recruitment Consultant, to be based in Singapore, to support the development of the operations in South Asia.

Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Managing Partner of Talent Fishers in Singapore

Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager:
• Prospect for new clients and business partners (retained or exclusive fee model only)
• Develop relationships with new clients and business partners
• Manage the existing accounts and partnerships
• Coordinate with other offices to foster cross-selling opportunities
• Attend networking events to develop brand reputation and leads
• Develop new tools and best practices to optimize the efficiency our sales process
• Enforce the Business development and Sales strategy along with the Singapore GM
• Monitor KPI to ensure the quality of the BD process along with the Singapore GM

As a Recruitment Consultant:
• Perform recruitment assignments for international corporations in South Asia through:
o Client briefing collection to understand the company’s environment, the position’s mission and the candidates’ requirements
o Define a sourcing strategy and supervise its implementation with the research team in Shanghai
o Evaluate candidates’ potential through resume screening, phone and face to face interviews
o Report assignments status and send shortlist of candidates to clients (project follow-up files, candidates score cards, …)
o Support both parties in employment agreement negotiation
o Follow the candidate’s integration

Job requirements:
• Experience in the recruitment industry in Singapore is a strong plus
• History of achievement and ability to get things done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client presentation experience
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, another European language is a big plus
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
