Job location: Singapore

Report to: Global Channel and Alliance Director

Scope: The Senior Channel Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of the company partners and alliances, optimizing the company’s revenue and market penetration.
The company's partners include VARs, resellers, agents and lead referral relationships.
Global role with a focus on Asia Pacific

Job description

• Execute the company’s sales and alliances/partners strategy
• Develop, manage and expand new and existing partnerships-alliances to optimize the company
• Conduct regular pipeline and business review with partners
• Coordinate all partners activities (including client engagements, partners training, marketing and communication)
• Build long term relationships with partners
• Promote confidence and goodwill; discuss and resolve mutual problems
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Marketing functions
• Other duties as assigned

Key skills required

• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
• Ability to have strategic discussions with senior executives
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing international partnerships of technology companies
• Developing and sustaining partnerships and alliances in both mature and developing markets
• Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
• Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
