Our client is a shanghai-based start-up with international team offering a healthcare review-based social mobile platform on the Asian markets. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a B2C Marketing & Digital Communication Manager.

Reporting to: Founder

Job description
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities to support brand awareness and new users’ acquisition
• Develop, write and review digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
• Manage and create content to optimize SEO
• Define and implement paid digital efforts, including WeChat/mobile advertising and SEM
• Define and implement email marketing campaigns
• Run offline programs to leverage B2B and media partnerships
• Analyze and summarize customer insights and behavior insights to improve communications on digital platforms
• Track analytics for all digital-marketing related activities, report key results and propose recommendations to improve business impact
• Manage relationships with third-party service agencies and freelance designers to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective
• Identify new tactic/channel and partnership opportunities
• Recruit and manage required people resource

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional digital marketing experience with evidence of brand communication and related content management
• Worked at least 3 years in a company/agency for B2C product or service offering
• Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs
• Must have proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach to customers
• Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing and verbal communication skills required
• Experience in website management/basic HTML/content management systems
• Proficient in tracking metrics by using tools (Google, Analytics, AppAnnie etc.)
• Ability to dealing with multitasks, strong attention to details and meeting deadlines
• Native Mandarin speaker with strong Chinese written skill for writing/reviewing copy of marketing material
• Good in English
