Our client is an International Retail Consulting Group specialized in improving the retail performance of luxury brands in Asia. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a China Country Manager to accompany the growth of the Group in Asia.

Location: Shanghai, China

Reporting to: Group President

Job Description

- Plan, develop, and direct daily operations of the Shanghai office

- Ensure the commercial success of the Group and the maximum growth of client's portfolio

- Develop commercial relationships with luxury retail brands

- Coordinating customer's accounts management

- Lead all market activities and represent the Group at every marketing, networking and social events

- Develop annual sales plan, monitor and analyze sales, labor and the profit

- Recruit, manage and train team members to handle projects and clients requirements with strong leadership and excellent quality customer service

- Liaise with clients in order to advise, support and respond to their business' and needs

- Enhance the Group strategies and services, and guarantee exceptional client service

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years working experience in China and/or Asia region

- Sound knowledge and practice in market research, luxury, cosmetic or retail industry

- Previous exposure to luxury or premium products and services in retail or consulting area

- Strong management and functional skills with excellent leadership

- Strong business sense, result-driven

- Strategic thinker with good planning and organizational skills

- Entrepreneur mindset, perseverant and ambitious

- Previous experience in start-up would be an advantage

- Computer skills including Microsoft office, web-based tools and social media

- Fluent English and good command of Mandarin
