Our client is a trading company, specialized in the furnishing and decoration market worldwide.

For this client, Talent Fishers is now recruiting a Purchasing and Sales Coordinator.

Location: Shanghai, P.R. China

Job description

Purchasing Coordinator
Sourcing Coordinator –Source and Contact suppliers, collect and select quotations
Select products and build ranges
Develop Samples and follow sample development
Confirm orders to Suppliers and Arrange Production schedule
Reports of all Tasks done on Global order Follow up

Quality Coordinator
Organize and Coordinate QC schedule with inspectors and Factories
Decide Scope of Inspection together with GM and Quality Manager
Receive all Samples / Classifies and Confirms them for productions
Sends Quality Schedule Weekly

Sales Assistant
Follow up customer’s inquiries
Make offers in Customer’s template and contact existing and new customers
Negotiation with customers
Attend Fairs with customers
Follow up Customer order and Payments
Be the point of contact of customers for all details regarding their orders and related issues
Admin Tasks
Daily Cashier – Arrange all expenses of office such as Express fees etc, phone and electricity bills
Make Cash Follow up reporting
Help to Get statements and official payments in the Bank

Job requirements

At least 5 years experience in exporting business
Experience in Sourcing/Purchasing
Sales experience in furniture or home decoration is prefer
Honest, reliable, dynamic, organized, hard worker, detail minded, very creative and independent
Good command of computers and office software
English: fluent speaking and good writing are required
Mandarin: native language, excellent writing required
