Case #1 : Purchasing Director for a small and medium-sized company to set up their purchasing platform in China.
Client : French Group, retailer in DIY, decoration, gardening, and a trade counters for professionals on the same product ranges.
Assignment : In the frame of opening a purchasing office, our client was looking for an experienced professional, able to set-up the branch from scratch.
With a tight schedule from the client’s side we had to fulfill our mission, arranging the interviews in Shanghai, within 4 weeks after launching the campaign.
Result : After advising our client regarding the candidate’s profile for this specific need, the Talent Fishers team organized for one days of interviews a selection of 8 candidates ending by a proposal from our client (formalized by our team) which was accepted by the selected candidate in our office at the end of this recruitment session.

Case #2 : Asia-Pacific Quality Director for a Food MNC reorganizing its activity.
Client : European Group, worldwide leader in cacao production and chocolate products.
Assignment : In the frame of the Asia-Pacific HQ office in Suzhou, our client was looking for a Regional Quality Director able to manage the American, European, Japanese and Regional food standards up-date for the production sites of China, Malaysia and Singapore.
Result : The Talent Fishers teams identified, evaluated and presented experienced candidates within the Asian job market. The selected candidate was presented after assessment of our consultant, 3 days after launching the mission.

Case #3 : Recruitment campaign of 20 BU General Managers in the frame of an Energy Industry MNC top management teams localization.
Client : MNC (Fortune 500), worldwide leader in Energy field with technological solutions to produce nuclear energy and distribute electricity.
Assignment : Talent Fishers mission was to identify and select 20 Chinese senior managers able to manage the 20 business units within China. This project was in the frame of the expatriates General Manager’s succession plan.
Result : The qualified candidates identified by Talent Fishers in China, Asia, Oceania, Taiwan, Europe and North America and selected by the client will integrate an 18 months’ program created to train them to the Group’s culture before they lead the business units in China.

Case #4 : Finance and Administration Manager Recruitment for a German SME urgent replacement.
Client : German group specialized in automotive equipment.
Assignment : Recruit a Finance & Administration Manager experienced in automotive industry, speaking German and able to ensure the financial follow-up for all the Chinese subsidiaries in interaction with the head-quarters.
Result : After identification and selection of Chinese, Singaporean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, and overseas candidates, Talent Fishers was able to present 4 short listed candidates within less than 1 week. One of them was recruited by the client.

Case #5 : Experienced bi-cultural Purchasing profiles recruitment for a European Consulting Group.
Client : Purchasing and cost global optimization European Consulting Group.
Assignment : Our client asked us to recruit experienced Chinese purchasing bi-cultural profiles, which would be specialized in specific challenges of each of their new clients.
Result : All the positions were filled within 4 weeks, thanks to cases studies led for the candidates identified in China, Europe and North America.

Case #6 : China Director Recruitment in the frame of plant reorganization for French SME.
Client : French SME, European leader in streamlining, welding and battery’s chargers for automotive professionals.
Assignment : Recruitment of the China Director to manage the plant and handle the Business Development of the company in Asia.
Result : The recruitment process was organized in order to allow our client to meet the short listed candidates during a Business trip in Shanghai. Talent Fishers Consultants handled the negotiation and contractual part before that the selected candidate takes the lead of the subsidiary in China.

Case #7 : Sourcing division heads recruitment for an American Group’s purchasing office.
Client : American Group, worldwide leader in connectors in automotive, aeronautic and weaponry industries.
Assignment : Recruitment of Chinese purchasing experts for the purchasing office, to develop and manage the purchasing divisions (injection plastic molds, mechanical components…) under the supervision of the expatriate person sent to set up this office.
Result : All the divisions head were recruited within 2 weeks and were able to start their activity 1.5 months after the launch of the recruitment assignment.

Case #8 : Operations Director Recruitment for the purchasing and assembly subsidiary set up of the French SME.
Client : French SME, worldwide leader of the sportive trophy nest market.
Assignment : Operations Director recruitment for the set up and development of the subsidiary in Zhejiang province.
Result : The position was opened to Chinese candidates with international experience and experienced foreigners with experience in China. We organized a day of recruitment between our client and 5 of our short listed candidates. This event was organized 5 weeks after the assignment launching, matching with a business trip planned by our client. The placement was confirmed 2 days after this interviews’ day.
