We use a unique combination of sourcing tools (see Talent Fishers' Global Reach sheet) to communicate with the largest qualified candidate pool, in order to present you the most adapted professionals on the market.

Candidate lookup & Phone interview

All candidates will be interviewed by Chinese and western consultants to ensure that they
combine the understanding of the local business culture with the skills to adapt to the international business standards.

Interview with pre-selected candidates

We perform biographical and competency based interviews, use adapted assessments tools (optional) and send comprehensive reports to our clients together with professional reference checks.

WEEK 4

Face to face interview with the client

With the full suport of our Project Manager, the client selects the candidates he wants to meet. The interviews can take place in Talent Fishers' offices with the assistance of a Talent Fishers' consultant if required.

Client's final choice

Our consultants debrief with the client as well as with the candidate. The client selects the candidate he wishes to hire.
