Our client is a European leading Group specialized in packaging. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Plant Director to accompany the growth of the company in Asia.
Job Location: Dongguan, China
Reporting Line: General Manager
Job description
- Pilot a team of 300 people (up to 500 people next year)
- Select and recruit necessary talents
- Implement processes to improve plant performance and deadlines respect
- Bring key functions to benchmark levels: Quality, Industrialization, Production...
- Implement and train managers teams, including in skills management
- Implement outstanding quality standards fitting our clients expectations
- Increase production capacity
- Make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely
Job Requirements
- Master or Bachelor's Degree with proven managing experience
- 5 to 10 years experience on manufacturing site, part of it in China, in quality and maintenance fields
- Good problem solving skills and ability to provide alternative solutions
- Autonomous and good leadership
- Well organized and detailed oriented
- Result and performance orientated
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent English
- Mandarin is preferred
