Our client is a European company specialized in high-end machines and automatic cells for die casting and gravity casting of light alloys.
For our client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Service Engineer to work on different projects for their China clients.
Location: Kunshan, China
Report to: The Head of Technical
Job Description
- Responsible for the die-casting machine maintenance and repair, equipment installation and management
- Act as an expert of die-casting machine and represent company to provide service to the clients
- Respond and resolve clients questions and concerns efficiently
- Work closely with the Head of Technical and keep a good relationship with internal and external technical team
- Execute projects and deliver the highest level of services to clients throughout the sales cycle
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an engineer role for machinery
- Technical understanding of the machines and familiar with the high pressure die casting machines market in China
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Native Mandarin speaker, Fluent English
- Results-orientated and able to work independently
- Willing to travel
