Job description:
You will be responsible for:
Business development:
- developping new clients according to the list of targeted companies as planned with the BD Manager
- following up key accounts assigned to you to ensure a smooth relationship and close cooperation on a regular basis
Assignments execution:
- receiving briefing from the client or other consultants who confirm the assignments
- contacting and liaising with clients once assignments are confirmed
- drafting job descriptions according to the clients needs
- coordinating the candidates sourcing campaigns through job posting, database screening, partners communication campaigns and direct approach
- managing one or more research analyst in charge of sourcing, contacting and confirming interest of qualified candidates
- meeting with preselected candidates and draft interview reports
- inform clients about updated status of the assignments
- organize meetings between candidates and clients
- coordinate efficient reference checks and report to clients
- Assist clients and candidates through the compensation and benefits negotiations
- Follow up with candidates and clients during first months following enrollment
The recruitment consultant is responsible for ensuring the recruitment campaigns follows Talent Fishers strict and high quality recruitment process.
The recruitment consultant reports to the General Manager of the Shanghai office.
1/ Chinese consultant
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the recruitment industry would be appreciated
2/ Foreign consultant
- Fluent in English
- Fair command of Mandarin would be a plus
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in China
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the recruitment industry would be appreciated
